If you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable way to learn a little more about photography and meet other like-minded shooters, then an iPhotography photo walk may be just what you need.
Our guided photo walks are led by a professional photographer with years of experience to help you to improve your photos. Depending upon the size of the photo walk there may even be multiple pros leading you on the event.
Photo walks are a laid-back way to learn more about your camera, composition or creative thinking with a professional by your side. There are no particular lessons being taught on a photo walk, it’s simply a nice chance to meet other photographers and spend time taking photos in brilliant locations.
You don’t need to be an experienced photographer, we’ve taught absolute beginners how to take better photos in just a few hours.
It doesn’t matter what camera equipment you have either. We can show you what settings to use and when to make the most of a moment. It’s a good idea to pack light with room for snacks and water.
Bring along a couple of memory cards and a spare battery too. It’s up to you if you want to take your tripod and lens filters, simply consider the location and the weather on the day. See each event for what we recommend to bring along.
Our iPhotography photo walks last approximately 3-5 hours following a pre-designated route specifically designed to pass amazing photo opportunities. Along the walk, you can chat with fellow photographers and find out a little more about what they enjoy shooting. It’s a great way of making photo friends if you normally shoot alone.
